Susan's design journey began in high school, creating her own clothes due to budget constraints. After teaching and innovating in education, she transitioned to industry as HP's first instructional designer, focusing on Corporate Training programs. Over 35 years, she held executive roles at Hewlett-Packard, Gap Inc., Deloitte, and Yahoo!, leading transformative initiatives. Susan co-founded DYL Consulting, aiming to empower individuals through life design for healthier living and working. She is a frequent speaker, consultant, and author on these transformative subjects.
